The process of adding a new warehouse<\/strong> begins with the creation of a financial account for the warehouse. If there are several warehouses, a separate financial account should be created for each warehouse. A client warehouse is created in the same way.<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0Open\u00a0ACCOUNTING<\/strong> in the menu selection and select\u00a0Accounts<\/strong>. Click on\u00a0NEW ACCOUNT<\/strong>.
\n2.<\/strong>\u00a0On the new page that opens complete the fields and save.<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/strong> Check to make sure that the account is associated with the corresponding reports.<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Open WAREHOUSE -> WAREHOUSES<\/strong> in the menu selection. Click on the \u201cNEW WAREHOUSE\u201d button.<\/p>\n

Fill in the name, select a financial account into which the programme will by default enter goods purchased for the warehouse and designate whether the warehouse is active or not.

4. Deleting a warehouse<\/strong><\/p>\n

An entered Warehouse<\/strong> can only be deleted if it is not associated with warehouse articles, or can be changed by doing the following: move within the menu selection: \u201cWarehouse \/ Warehouses\u201d.
