Inventory is an important tool to ensure that a company’s inventory is accurately reflected. Over time, data about items in stock can become inaccurate, for example, due to errors entering warehouse stock, delivery, or sales. Inventory allows you to identify such discrepancies and correct the data so that warehouse stocks reflect reality.
\nInventory stocks should be kept at least once a year, before the end of the year.<\/p>\n

Inventory can be added manually or imported from a file.<\/p>\n

    If there were rows in the import file where information is missing in the “Counted quantity” column, the row is deleted and does not appear in the inventory.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

    2. Responsible person<\/strong> \u2013 from the dropdown menu, you can select the employee responsible for conducting the inventory<\/li>\n
    3. Warehouse<\/strong> \u2013 where the items in the warehouse are inventoried. By selecting a warehouse and clicking “Add all items in stock,” the items in that warehouse are loaded into inventory lines (up to 1000 lines).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Only those items that previously had warehouse balance\/movements are shown in the inventory. Inventory does not allow accepting items whose warehouse balance was not previously registered.<\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> Inventory lines panel<\/strong><\/p>\n

      When entering inventory, the actual item quantity must be entered<\/strong> in the “Counted quantity” column.<\/p>\n

      There are <\/span>fewer goods <\/strong>than the warehouse balance \u2013 the difference quantity is shown as a minus sign. The cost is added when maintaining the inventory. If the items are from multiple batches, the items are written off using the FIFO method, and the write-off cost is determined accordingly<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. There are more goods <\/strong>than the warehouse balance, and the warehouse balance differs from zero \u2013 <\/strong>the cost is shown based on the last purchase price.<\/li>\n
      2. The item warehouse balance is zero<\/strong>, but the calculated quantity is higher<\/strong> \u2013 you need to add the cost yourself based on the last purchase price.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\u25cf<\/span> If the inventory sheet contains an item you do not want to stock, delete the line by clicking the cross at the end of the row.<\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> Article lines can be rearranged by clicking the mouse on the “dots” at the front of the article line and holding down the left mouse button to move the line up or down.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

        \n\u25cf<\/span> After saving the inventory, you will see the warehouse entry(s) and the financial entry.<\/p>\n

        \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n\u25cf<\/span> Clicking the magnifying glass icon opens a detailed warehouse listing.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\nImportant<\/span> After the inventory is completed, it locks the inventory stock\u00a0 balance, <\/strong>and no further changes to those items can be added to the previous inventory period. If changes need to be made, those items must be deleted from the inventory document<\/p>\n
