The fields are prefilled with the information from the user profile and company profile. If the email address has not been previously added as a user in CostPocket, it will now be added automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/support.simplbooks.ee\/ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/02.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.simplbooks.ee\/ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/02.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29423\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>It is important to note that you can choose between automatic saving of processed documents or keeping all documents on hold for review.<br>For suppliers entered in SimplBooks, it is possible to assign a related expense account, which reduces the need for manual data corrections. However, this may not always be sufficient and adjustments may still be necessary (*). Therefore, each user can make a decision based on their company\u2019s specific needs. This setting can also be changed later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*&nbsp;If automation rules are enabled in the CostPocket environment, they will be used as the primary option for assigning expense accounts.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking the \u201cActivate\u201d button, one final confirmation click is required to approve the consent:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/support.simplbooks.ee\/ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/03.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/support.simplbooks.ee\/ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/03.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29426\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Well done!
